She was born to the late Anthony and Viola (Cipolla) Bilotti in Clifton Heights, PA. She moved to the Wildwood area at the age of 7. Phyllis worked 35 years for NJ Bell/Verizon and retired in 1992.

Phyllis enjoyed volunteering her time to the Cape Regional Medical Center, Marine Corps League Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary, and the Wildwood Historical Society.

Phyllis is preceded in death by her late son in laws John Peters and Jack Ryan. She is survived by her 3 children - Lisa Peters-Ryan, Robert Bethel and Michael (Miwako) Bethel.
8 grandchildren- Jody Peters, Jamie (Ron) Miller, April (Mike) Vodopija, John (Britney) Peters, Robert Hamilton, Elijah Bethel, Demitri Bethel and Faith Osinski plus 10 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.

Phyllis is also survived by her sister Susan (Roy) Mercier, niece Michele DeAngelis (Glenn Denham) and daughters Isabella & Anna DeAngelis, her nephew Bill (Nicole) Rinier and daughters Olivia and Grace and other loving family members.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend a memorial service on Saturday, December 17th at 12 o’clock at the Ingersoll Greenwood Funeral Home, 1201 Central Ave, North Wildwood, NJ 08260 where friends will be received between 11:00am and 12:00pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
