He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Russell Chaney and Etheleen Chaney (Pitney); his wife Patricia Stephens; and his children, Teresa Souder (Kenny), Cynthia Smith (Allen), Christina Stephens and John Stephens. He was also cherished by his siblings and numerous extended family and friends.
