She was predeceased by: her husband John Zazula; her son-in-law Edward Adams; and her siblings, John and Frances Szwed. She is survived by: her children, Janice Cassella (James), Tony Zazula (Mark Chamberlain), Elaine Kovary (Stephen), Marilyn Adams and John Zazula (Karen); her grandchildren, Alexandra Schaufler (AJ), Julianne Mastroianni (Gaetano), Nicholas Kovary, Michelle Kovary, Kyle Adams, Kimberly Adams, Jenna Zazula and Kailyn Zazula; and her great grandchild Mia Carabella Mastroianni.
