She was predeceased by : her parents, Dominic Rappa and Elizabeth Rappa (Prentiss); her husband Richard Paul Ellsworth; her grandson Daniel Dunaway, Jr.; her siblings, Dorothea, Daniel, Louise, Georgianna, Dominic, Nicholas, Albert and John; and her brother-in-law Dave Whidby.

She is survived by : her children, Elizabeth Ahl (Sawyer), Richard Sawyer (Michele), John Ellsworth (Janay) and Shawn Knight; her grandchildren, Fredrick Dunaway (Natalie), Darby Smith, Kendra Danielle, Lacy Matczak, Ryan Oberly, Michael Ellsworth, Katie Funderburke (Jamie) and Kellie McCormick (Christopher); her great grandchildren, Lucas, Wesley, Bruce, Kayden, Ametrine, Kaylen, Kayne, Ben, Bayla, Bonnie and Charlotte Jane; and her siblings, Joseph Rappa (Theresa) and Florence Whidby.

Interment at Salem County Veterans Cemetery, Pilesgrove, N.J.

Elizabeth's family would like to request, in lieu of flowers, donations be made in her Honor to the Parkinson's Research Foundation, and the Alzheimer's Research Foundation.
