She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Foster and Margaret Fisher Foster; and her siblings, Morris Foster and Pattylynn Kennedy. She is survived by : her children, Kim Toms (Rob) and Harry Eckert (Debora); her siblings, Carol DeGrotto (Steve), Cheryl Williams and Stephen Foster (Jessie); her grandchildren, William Maurer (DeAnn), Shaun Skipper (Tara), Andrew Toms, Erin Eckert and Chase Eckert; and her great grandchildren, Ryleigh, Logan and Carson Maurer.
