He was predeceased by: his sibling Elvira Parlapiano. He is survived by: his parents, Dominic DiGregorio and Carmela DiGregorio (DiBlasio); his wife Rita; his children, Samuel Jr., Cindy and Pat Coffey; his grandchildren, Justin DiGregorio and Alyssa Coffey; his great grandchild Sophia "Beatty" DiGregorio; his grandson Samuel III; and his siblings, Alvin, John, Santa DiGregorio, Hilda Parente and Rose Aspen.
The family has suggested that donations can be sent to the Salem County Veterans Affairs, 110 5th Street, Room 106, Salem NJ 08079 in Sam's honor.
