She was predeceased by: her parents, Mary Mawr (Carl V. Johnson) and Bryn Mawr; her husband Francis Donnelly; her son Kevin Donnelly; and her brothers, Carl Johnson and George Johnson.

She is survived by: her children, Charles Donnelly (Julia), Patricia Donnelly, Frank Donnelly (late Diane) and Karen Craig (John); her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Craig and Ryan Craig; and her nephews, Gregory Johnson and Robert Johnson.
