It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice S. Gigl of Clark, New Jersey, who passed away on December 22, 2020, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alice S. Gigl to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert; and her siblings, Viola Merkel, Irene Carvalho and A. James Hurley. She is survived by: her children, Doreen Oliveri of Fredericksburg, Virginia Christopher (Donald) of Bloomsbury, NJ, Thomas Gigl (Patricia) of Glenn Mills and Robyn Gigl of Bradley Beach, NJ; her daughter-in-law Jan of Colonia, NJ; and her brother Edward Hurley (Barbara). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, one great, great grandchild and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Because of the pandemic, funeral arrangements will be private.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to St. Joseph the Carpenter in Roselle, 157 Fourth Avenue, Roselle, NJ 07203 in Alice's memory.
