It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Brett W. Defazio (Clark, New Jersey), born in Rahway, New Jersey, who passed away on August 25, 2019, at the age of 28, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He is survived by: his parents, Fred DeFazio and Susan DeFazio (Verrasto); his siblings, Michael DeFazio and Becky Philhower (Brent); and his grandmother Sylvia Verrasto. He is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, please make a donation in his memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
