She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Keller and Juanita Hampton Keller. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her children, Crystal Smith (Jason) of Winchester, KY and Gary Adams (Ashley) of Winchester, KY; her grandchildren, Jacob, Anna Smith, Wayde, Preslee, Kenslee Adams and Kash Ritchie; her siblings, Sue Martin and Doug Keller; and her son-in-law Jason Smith. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
