It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Susan E. Ballard (Clark, New Jersey), who passed away on April 24, 2018, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her son Jeffrey Scott Ballard; and her grandmother Ethel Barrow. She is survived by: her spouse Randy Ballard; her children, Jennifer Ballard Long (Andy) and James Ballard (Angie); and her grandchildren, Matthew Ballard, Mark Ballard, Lora Elizabeth, Emily Long, Jessica Ballard and Luke Ballard. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers contributions can be made to Camp Burnamwood, Irvine KY 40336.
