She was predeceased by : her husband Eugene D. Cosentino. She is survived by : her children, Linda Eckley (Paul) of West Deptford, Eugene Cosentino (Cynthia) of Glassboro, Christopher Cosentino (Dawn) of Wayensboro, PA and Karen Kulback (Jerry) of Mantua; her grandchildren, Derek, Daniel, Elizabeth, Vincent, Julianna, Michael, Eric, Emily, Alexandria, Macaela and Samantha; and her siblings, Helen Leitzel, Maureen Tallon, Kathleen Walters (Robert) and James Tallon (Bonnie). She is also survived by her 5 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to a charity of the donor's choice.
