He was predeceased by: his father Joseph C. Franklin Sr. of Pine Hill; and his brother Jeffry A. Franklin. He is survived by: his children, Krystal Kramer (Ryan) of Washington Twp and Gary Lee Franklin Jr. (Myka Fiorentino) of Washington Twp; his grandchildren, Jaxon, Kylie and Gia; his mother Myrtle D. Franklin; his siblings, Joseph C. Franklin Jr. (Nancy) of Pine Hill, David Franklin (Jana) and Lisa Coggi (Victor); and his siblings' children, Jeanel and Eric.
