He was predeceased by: his parent Robert. He is survived by: his parent Theresa; his children, Brianna Lewis, Naomi, Robert, Jayden and Michael; his sister Theresa Adamson; and his children, Melissa Lewis and Construction. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the family c/o the Funeral Home would be appreciated.
