She is survived by: her daughters, Hailey Brooks and Jocelyn Brooks; her mother Patricia Fisher (Reza Razavi); her siblings, John Baldermann, Maria Verticelli, Rachel Long and Mark Dignan; and her nephew Joseph Baldermann. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be made to Patricia Fisher for the future education of Hailey and Jocelyn.
