She was predeceased by: her parents, Ferdinando Gambale and Pasqualina Gambale; and her husband Joseph Mezzatesta. She is survived by: her children, Gary, Kim, Judy (Bill Theado) and Glen (Nancy); her grandchildren, Joseph (Becca), Michael, Derek, Paula, Kayla, Amanda (Kevin), David (Phobe), Bryant, Jared and Paige; and her great grandchildren, Joan and Ava.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the A. K. Macagna Funeral Home (495 Anderson Ave, Cliffside Park, NJ 07010). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Church of the Epiphany (247 Knox Ave, Cliffside Park, NJ 07010). An entombment will be held on Thursday, October 16th 2025 at 11:15 AM.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Association in Nikki's memory.
