With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Karen Napodano of Clifton, New Jersey, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 3, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Andrew Schiro and Dorothy Schiro (Bauman); her pets, Max and Maggie; her close friend Oscar; her brother Barry Schiro (Darlena) of Wayne; her siblings' children, Kevin and Vanessa Schiro; her great-nephews, Andrew and Alex; her siblings' children, Ed and Jaime McLaughlin; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ryan of Kinnelon, Kaitlyn of Kinnelon, Connor of Kinnelon and Ella of Kinnelon; and her sister Linda Coahran.

A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Allwood Funeral Home (660 Allwood Rd, Clifton, NJ 07012).

In lieu of flowers, donations in Karen's memory may be made to the Clifton Animal Shelter (cliftonanimalshelter.com) — a cause close to her heart.
