He is survived by : his daughters, Christine Phelps (Jim) of Wayne, Cindy Shagawat (Larry) of Clifton, Cathy Shagawat (Paul) of Clifton, Cher Wolfarth (Bob) of Clifton and Marie Lougheed (Dan) of New Foundland; his grandchildren, James (Amanda Pietropinto), Heather Phelps, Tammy Balistrieri, Jason (Christopher Shagawat), Paul, Michael (Daniel Shagawat), Andrew (Desiree Wolfarth) and Daniel (Eric Lougheed); his great grandchild Ava Grace; and his brother Steven Hartdegen of Harrisburg, PA..
