He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Krementz (Mary Ellen) and Joseph Krementz; his wife Dolores Walker; his siblings, Edward Krementz, Richard Krementz and Anna Aschbacher; and his granddaughter-in-law Erin Lively.
He is survived by: his aunt Mamie; his children, Steve and Joyce Lively (Philip); and his grandchildren, Katherine Verderese (Brian), Peter Lively (Claire), Daniel Lively (Alissa), Timothy Lively (Erica), Rachel Gerner (Kyle), Julia Moynihan (Matthew), Paul Lively (Jocelyn), Teresa Benjaminsen (Henrik), Mary Lively, Caroline Lively, Harrison Krementz and Jeremy Krementz.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in John's memory may be made to Holy Angels Parish, 85 Cooper Street, Woodbury.
