With profound sadness, we say goodbye to John P. Farawell Jr. of Colonia, New Jersey, born in Jersey City, New Jersey, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 27th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leher-Gibilisco Funeral Home (275 W Milton Ave, Rahway, NJ 07065). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, May 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John Vianney RC Church (420 Inman Ave, Colonia, NJ 07067).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. John Vianney RC Church with a memo " In memory of John P Farawell Jr. " to memorialize his dedication to a place he loved.
