It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Elizabeth Bowkley (Colonia, New Jersey), born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on January 19, 2019, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her great-grandparent Mary Elizabeth Bowkley; her parents, Gennaro Sodano and Anna Sodano; her grandchildren, Cynthia D. Bowkley and Charles Wm; her great grandchildren, Callah, Piper, Charles Wm and Bowkley IV; her siblings, Venice Barrett and James Sodano (Cathy); her siblings' children, Janice Brittain, Madelyn McHale, Joyce Capuano, Donna Ruchalski, Linda Fennessy, Patti Sodano and James Sodano; and her sister Frances Bavaro.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to either the Deborah Hospital Foundation or Wounded Warrior Project.
