He was predeceased by: his brother Robert E. Garvey, III. He is survived by: his children, Casey Garvey of Colonia, Robert Smith of Clearwater, FL and Michael Franc of Lawrenceville; his parents, Robert E., Jr. and Kathleen Garvey (Farino) of Monroe Twp; his brothers, Patrick E. Garvey of Duvall, WA and Sean Garvey of Monroe Twp; and his nieces and nephews, Mary Kate Garvey of Ocean Grove, Danielle Garvey of Spotswood, Robert E. Garvey, IV of Norristown, PA and Patrick E. Garvey, Jr. of Duvall, WA. He is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
