He was predeceased by: his wife Hallie. He is survived by: his children, Hallie Gardner of Charlotte, NC, Kelly Lutz of Hamilton, NJ, Carrie (Michael Coan) of Wall, NJ and James (Cristi) of Scottsdale, AZ. He is also survived by grandchildren.
