He was predeceased by: his wife Edith Pappalardo (Bonassisa); his son Christopher; his parents, Sabato Pappalardo and Giuseppina Pappalardo; and his siblings, Emil, Andrew Pappalardo, Julia Rozek and Anna Niemiec.

He is survived by: his sons, Salvatore (Victoria), Gerard (Alan), Anthony (Kerri) and Stephen (Teri); his grandchildren, Stephen, Jr., Christopher, Sophia, Chloe, Gianna and Gabriella; his great grandchild Peyton; and his sister Carmela Calderone.
