She was predeceased by: her parents, Curtis Forman and Adeline Forman; her brothers, Curtis and Albert Forman; and her nephew Kenneth Forman.
She is survived by: her husband Jeffrey Eldridge; her daughters, Kristin Moore (Glen) and Kelly Wysokowski (Stephen); her grandchildren, Jake Moore, Taylor Wysokowski, Sage Moore and Nicholas Wysokowski; her sister Joan F. Rockafellow; and her sibling's children, Donna Ely, Janice Sutton, Cholette Mayer, Joni Clickner, Karen Forman and Jeff Forman.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Gail's memory to the First Presbyterian Church of Cranbury, 22 South Main Street, Cranbury, NJ 08512.
