She is survived by: her children, Pasquale "Pat" Monaco (Lisbeth Leon Monaco) of Monroe, NJ and Roseanne Monaco Branciforte (Gene Branciforte); her grandchildren, Kim Marie, Jennifer, Natalie, Gino, Pasquale, Gianni and Giancarlo; and her great grandchildren, Robert, Sophia, Angelina, Josh, Giovanni, Lianna, Jacob, Gianna and Giulianna.
