He was predeceased by: his parents, Anne Biniek (Kopec) and Paul Peter Biniek. He is survived by: his son Christopher R. Biniek of Hoboken; his wife Lorraine Biniek of Belmar; and his sisters, Sandra Chelberg (Fred Chelberg) and Donna Boda. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
