She is survived by : her husband Norm; her children, Jeffrey Provost (Krista) and Courtnee Provost; her grandchildren, Kashmyne, Justin, Jaylene, Emma, Lánya, Gabby, Nina, Courtnee and Kenyon; her aunt Helen Janus (late Ed); and her cousins, Karen and Gayle. She is also survived by many other extended family and friends.

Memorial Donations are being accepted in her memory to Fresenius Kidney Care Da Of Northern New Jersey, 2200 State Rt 10, Ste 107, Parsippany, New Jersey 07054.
