He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Jr. Bay and Mabel Bay (Kemmerer); his brother Douglas; and his son William F. Bay IV. He is survived by: his wife Marcia (Tuttle); his daughter Theresa Nichols (Bob Nichols Jr.); his grandchildren, Maggie, Stefanie, Kimberly, William, Robert and Ricky; and his siblings, Ethel Quent and Richard Bay. He is also survived by his 7 great-grandchildren.
