He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Fletcher and Helen Fletcher Allen; and his brothers, Terry Fletcher and Tom Fletcher. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Fletcher; his children, Terri Fletcher and Jackie Cardone (Anthony); his grandchildren, Melinda Smarth, Dennis Smarth (Ann), John Smarth, Beth Cardone and Toni Cardone; his great grandchildren, Michael McGlinch, Julian Smarth, Magnolia and Kailah Smarth; and his sisters, Shirley Bodine and Joan Greene.
