He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Helen Smith Manogue; his sons, Joseph Mark (Jeanne Lazgin, Stephen) and Philip William (Linda Klein); his grandchildren, Victoria, Michael and Steven; and his siblings, Raymond, Ralph, Helen Dimond and Margaret Dimond.

Donations in his name may be made to Fr. Joe's Villages, an award-winning charity that houses and provides assistance for over 9000 homeless people in San Diego.
