She was predeceased by: her siblings' child Thomas Osborne (Debbie); her parents, Joseph Garcia and Madlyn Garcia; her brothers, Joseph and Richard; and her great-niece Stephanie Osborne.
She is survived by: her sibling's children, Annette Maria (Russ), Donna VanSickell (Thomas), Theresa Reilly (Bob), Patricia Richards (David), John Osborne (Catherine), Bob Rathmell-Okeefe (Dennis), Margaret Moran (Kenneth), Kathleen Rogers (Paul) and Karen Allen (Donavan). She is also survived by children but was as proud of her nieces and nephews as any parent.
