Appolloni, Jr. of South Plainfield, Lisa Colao (Steve) of Scotch Plains and Christine Espada of Toms River; her brother John Iannotta (Anita) of Dewitt, NY; her grandchildren, J. C., Nicole, Thomas, Sam and Abigail; and her great grandchildren, Mario, Lunabelle and Jorge, Jr..
