He was predeceased by : his daughter Helen Maria; his parents, Mariah Miller and John Miller; and his siblings, Ellen (Clyde Niskala), Charles Miller and Jean Miler.

He is survived by : his wife Rita Wypick Miller; his children, John (Carla Shoppe), Margaret (John Gelsleichter), Theresa Crisafulli (Louis Hector) and Cheryl (Michael McAlick); and his grandchildren, Lauren, Shannon Miller, Tyler, Matthew Gelsleichter, Anthony Crisafulli (Coleen Ferenchak), Mitchell Crisafulli, Shane and Travis McAlick.
