He is survived by : his girlfriend Kathleen Cucciniello; his children, Christopher, Dawn Marie Dzurilla and Kenneth Wayne Dzurilla Jr.; and his siblings, Daniel A. Dzurilla Sr. (Jennie) and Linda J. Murphy (George). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
