He was predeceased by: his wife Helene. He is survived by: his son Boy Scout Troop of Middlesex; his husband Thomas Lowe of Middlesex, NJ; and also, Scout Master of Middlesex, Carol Lowe (Les) of Frisco, CO, Barbara Lowe of Harrisburg, PA, Patty Lowe (Wayne) of South Plainfield, NJ and Willard "Bud" Lowe (Sayuri) of Lake Villa, IL.. He is also survived by four daughters, eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
