He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Neylan and Novicella Neylan (Bianco). He is survived by: his sister JoAnn N. Saviano (George Saviano, MD); and his uncle Joseph Bianco of Chelsea.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM, on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Rezem Funeral Home (457 Cranbury Rd, East Brunswick, NJ 08816). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Barholomew RC Church (470 Ryders Ln, East Brunswick, NJ 08816). An entombment will be held on Tuesday, June 10th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM at the Woodbridge Memorial Gardens (US Highway 1 North, Woodbridge, NJ 08830).
