He was predeceased by: his son Rollin H. Fagely; his brother Rollin H. Fagely; his siblings-in-law, Matthew Mansfield and Patricia Mansfield; and his parents, Rollin Fagely and Marie Fagely (Warncke).
He is survived by: his significant other Janet M. Fagely (Witomski); his daughters, Michele (Buzz Ciprut) of Belmar, NJ and Judy (Michael McGurl) of Fair Haven, NJ; his grandchildren, Daniel Ciprut of Bradley Beach, NJ, Shannon Quinn (Joseph) of Wall, NJ, Meagan McGurl of Jacksonville, FL and Aidan McGurl of Jacksonville, FL.; his sister-in-law Judith Ruocco (Frank) of Aiken, SC; his niece Peggy Gladstone (Philip) of Carlisle, MA; and his grandson Don. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
