With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carmela Scarnato of East Hanover, New Jersey, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on October 7, 2020 at the age of 100. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Giovanni Alati and Giovannina Alati; and her siblings, Frances, Peter, Concetta and Fiorentino.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Cataldo (Robert), Jennifer Marine (Dennis) and Leonard Scarnato; her grandson David Marine (Tara); and her great grandchildren, Logan, Wyatt, Owen and Cole.
