She was predeceased by: her parents, Julia Shine and Timothy Shine; her husband Thomas Carew; and her grandson Sean Mulligan. She is survived by: her daughters, Eileen Mulligan and Patricia Giercyk (Steve); her grandchildren, Kristin Mulligan (Mark Phillips), Kathleen Mulligan (Michael Giuffre), Caroline Giercyk and Stephen Giercyk; and her great grandchildren, Brendan Mulligan, Maeve, Patrick, Julia and Nicholas Phillips. She is also survived by siblings, cousins, nieces, nephews and many, many friends.
