He is survived by: his children, Charlie Joseph Outlaw, Jr., Lorene Johnson, Dorene Williams and Sharon Parrish; his son-in-law Kevin Parrish; his sister Lillie B. White; his brothers-in-law, Thomas White and Lewis; his grandchildren, Terry (Simone), Chameka, Fareedah, Malika, Shakeea, Asia (Darnell), Steven, Aleisha, Geno, Jasmine, Chris, Trevon, Connie and Candi; his sibling's children, Tammy, Melody, Lynn, Asia Que and Rodrick; his cousin Freddie Blanchard; and his close friend Prenis Brooks. He is also survived by 44 Great Grandchildren; 14 Great-Great Grandchildren.
