He was predeceased by: his wife Carolyn Sorbera; his children, Gloria Turetskin and David Sorbera; and his siblings, Carmella, Rose, Josephine, Palma, Margaret and Anthony.
He is survived by: his son Philip James Sorbera II (late Eileen Sorbera); his grandchildren, Alysia Sorbera (Michael Marchitto) and Katelyn Sorbera; and his siblings, Raymond Sorbera and Evelyn McCartney.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Kimak Funeral Home (425 Broad St, Carlstadt, NJ 07072). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 9:00 AM and at 9:30 AM.
