She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Valese and Rose Valese of Belleville, NJ; her husband Edward J Zarro; and her siblings, Anthony Valese and Diane Cassidy.

She is survived by: her sons, Dr. Christopher Zarro (Gina) of Chatham, NJ and Marc Zarro (Lea) of Newtown, PA; her stepson John Zarro (Maria) of Belleville, NJ; her siblings, Joseph, Patrick, John, Fred, Daniel, Donald, Marie, Annabella and Janet; and her grandchildren, Gia, Dean, Eva, Tommy and Isabella. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
