She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Garretson and Helen Garretson (Bell); her husband Walter Steinbeck; and her sister Marvel Rudzik. She is survived by: her children, Dr. Wayne Steinbeck (Victoria) of Scotch Plains and Dawn Terry (Deniz Terry) of Cohoes, NY.; her grandchildren, Lauren, Lynn and Michelle; and her sister Alva Godderz.
In lieu of flowers, donations sent in Betty's name to The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society would be appreciated.
