She was predeceased by: her husband Shui-Hiong; and her daughter Shu Hwa Wang. She is survived by: her children, Ching Fu Lin (Jumei) of Briarcliff Manor, Shwu Lih Lin Wu (Keng) of Cranbury and Su Huang Lin of Edison; her grandchildren, Gregory Wang, Yaoyu Wang, Gloria Lin, Eaton Lin, Stephanie Wu-Cayyani and Moying Hsieh; her grandson-in-law Alexander Cayanni; and her great grandchildren, Jiun-Yu and De-Chan.
