She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph J. Ferrullo and Lillian Ferrullo (Callaway); her husband Leon A. Sikorski; her grandson Michael Kleinschmidt; and her brother Joseph Ferrullo.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Sikorski of Edison, Karen Kleinschmidt of Edison, Lillian Sikorski (Joseph Cleary, Jr.) of Edison, Laura Paramithis (John) of Edison and Joseph Sikorski (Jeannie) of Laurel, Delaware; her sister Joann Heinlin of East Brunswick; her close friend Robert Bingham of Edison; and her pet Ginger. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren.
