He is survived by: his wife Harriette C.; his children, Carrie Grabowski (Len) of Succasunna, NJ, Helen Dennis of Edison, NJ and Henry Clay of New York, NY; and his grandchildren, Peter, Katie Grabowski, Cassie and Stephen Dennis.
