He was predeceased by: his brother Ronald C. Fazzano. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; and his siblings, Gary of Kalamazoo, MI, Carol Toth of Sunrise and Diane Glancey of Metuchen. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
