He was predeceased by: his son John Jasczak; and his sisters, Stanis Kunicki, Adele Augustine and Judith Andrews. He is survived by: his wife Mary L. Jasczak (Ritzie) of Edison, NJ; his children, Leonard Jasczak Jr. (Janet) of Tampa, FL and Judy Geczi (Don) of St. Louis, MO; his grandchildren, Jason, Ryan, Melissa and Kristin; and his great grandchild Elijah. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
