He was predeceased by: his father George Herstatt. He is survived by: his pets, Coco, Cody and Jax; his wife Marie-Claire Arkoulakis; his mother Iris Herstatt; his children, Elisa, Logan and David; and his former wife Anna. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
